Internal content platform with an AI assistant for sales & ops teams.
Problem
Field teams were losing time hunting for documents and scripts across scattered folders. A customer answer could take fifteen minutes instead of one.
System
We built an internal CMS with embeddings-based semantic search and a chat interface that returns direct source citations. Everything behind the organisation's SSO.

Operations platform with a CRM built from scratch.
Problem
A service business with one-on-one sessions and long engagement programs needed a single system for clients, programs and documentation — instead of three generic tools that doubled the work.
System
A conversion-focused interface that funnels toward a discovery call, and a dedicated CRM wired to phone and WhatsApp that transcribes and summarises every session automatically.
Outcome
Site is live, CRM in daily use. Final KPIs published at end of first full quarter in production.
